Edge Construction Co. Ltd successfully completed 2rd phase of five-phase construction 8-units
apartment building. These phases include, 1st Foundation works, concrete framing and masonry covering, 2nd plastering and electrical works, 3rd drainage, interior finishes and painting, finally fittings, fixtures, landscaping.

During the preplanning phase of the project, Edge considered numerous options regarding design of temporary structures, materials storage and equipment movement. The protruded façade of this building required that Edge Construction spend considerable time engineering formwork and false work for both the structural concrete elements.

Collaboration with the government approval authorities for the design reviews and approval
allowed timely completion of project phases.

This iconic apartment building stands out in the Kor Wiliang residential area because of its location on the higher altitude. From the roof deck of this structure, the tenants shall leverage the arial view of the Capital City and the Jebel Kujur mountain, Juba South Sudan.

In this project, Edge Construction Co. Ltd successfully completed 3rd phase of four-phase construction development of eight-units apartments. These phases include, 1st Foundation works, 2nd concrete framing and masonry covering, 3rd plastering and electrical works and finally drainage, interior finishes, painting, fixtures, landscaping.

Two sides of this building open to roads, as such, the ground floor is designed as an office and grocery store, respectively. The 1st floor comprises of 2 bedrooms, a living room and kitchen. With temperatures reaching 400 in juba, the wide arch windows of the building is for natural ventilation and lighting to the building. This is an effort to achieving energy efficient building.

Three-bedroom bungalow in Gudele block 4

Edge Construction Co. Ltd successfully completed the structure of this three-bedroom
residential building. Due to the financial capabilities of South Sudanese, majority of the clients
prefer stage-wise construction.

This three-bedroom residential building comprises of an ensuite master bedroom, 2
bedrooms with shared washroom, a living room that opens to the dinning room and a kitchen
with an open lanai area. There is a veranda at the façade.

During the preplanning phase, soil tests were carried out to determine appropriate
construction materials for the foundation works. Being expensive black cotton soils, hardcore
were used for the construction of the foundation to well compact base for the structure.

The windows sizes are adopted to optimize energy consumption in the house – they are big enough to allow for natural ventilation and lighting, making it energy efficient.

This project is a stage- wise construction. A construction of family maisonette in Jondru residential area.

The project is paused as the client mobilizes resources for the continuation. The site is on an upper altitude, approximate 800m from the new South Sudan Central bank HQ.

The structure comprises of 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, with an ensuite master bedroom, kitchen, dinning and living room. The main access to the building shall be a wooden pivot
door.

On this modern building, the First floor, is a prayer room, children’s playroom, two ensuite bedrooms with balconies. On the last floor, there is a roof deck and provision for other amenities like gym, etc.
